Hi, I'm Latrease, founder of Gracious Roots.

Gracious Roots was born from a personal hair journey.

In 2025, after wearing a protective style for four weeks, I experienced severe breakage, dryness, and damage that left me frustrated and searching for answers. I remember looking at my hair and feeling defeated after spending years growing it healthy and strong.

Like many women, I found myself purchasing products that promised results but didn't align with what I wanted for my hair. I wanted ingredients I could trust and a routine that focused on long-term hair health, not temporary results.

Instead of accepting the damage, I decided to create a solution for myself.

What started as a personal mission to restore my own hair became the foundation of Gracious Roots.

Our Growth Elixir was created with carefully selected oils and herbs known for supporting scalp health, reducing breakage, nourishing the hair, and encouraging healthy growth. Every bottle is handcrafted in small batches because I believe healthy hair starts at the root.

But Gracious Roots is about more than hair oil.

My vision is to build a trusted natural hair care brand that helps people feel confident in their hair journey through products rooted in nourishment, consistency, and care. I believe healthy hair should not require harsh ingredients or unnecessary chemicals. My goal is to create products that support healthy hair while encouraging people to embrace and care for their natural hair with confidence.
