Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product and glass packaging, replacements are available only for bottles that arrive damaged or broken.

To request a replacement, you must submit a claim immediately upon delivery by contacting Gracious Roots via:

Your order number
First and last name
Shipping address used for the order
Clear photos of the damaged bottle and packaging

All claims are reviewed before a replacement is approved.

Once your package leaves our facility, Gracious Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and delivery status.

For added protection, you may purchase Package Insurance for $10.99 at checkout.

Package Insurance covers replacement for lost or stolen packages during transit.
