Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will begin processing the next business day.

Business days: Monday through Friday
Non-working days: Friday after 5:00 pm through Sunday

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders ship within 5 to 7 business days.
Weekends are not counted as shipping or processing days.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

Due to the nature of our product and glass packaging, replacements are available only for bottles that arrive damaged or broken.

To request a replacement, you must submit a claim immediately upon delivery by contacting Gracious Roots via:

Please include:
Your order number
First and last name
Shipping address used for the order
Clear photos of the damaged bottle and packaging

All claims are reviewed before a replacement is approved.

 

Once your package leaves our facility, Gracious Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and delivery status.
